SMS and Text Message Private Policy

Expree Credit Union may send you SMS/text messages for the purposes outlined in your Membership and Account Agreement, including to verify your identity, in connection with an online membership or loan application, or at your request.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information obtained through short code, toll-free, or other SMS messaging will not be shared with third parties for their own purposes, except as described in our Privacy Policy. We may use third-party service providers (e.g., AWS, Twilio) to support the delivery and marketing of our products and services; your information may be processed by these providers on our behalf and for our purposes.

We may also disclose your personal information as necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations; to respond to subpoenas, search warrants, or other lawful requests; or to protect our rights and interests.

User Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS/text messages at any time. To stop receiving messages or if you no longer agree to these SMS Terms, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message.

Please note that you may continue to receive messages for a short period while we process your request, and you may receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out.
