Transformative, according to Webster, is defined as “causing or able to cause an important and lasting change in some one or some thing.” We can’t believe that it’s been nearly a year since we changed our name! And anniversaries make us a little reflective, and when we look back on the past few years – one word comes to mind: Transformative. As you know, we’ve embarked on numerous data system changes. All designed to better serve you. All important, to be sure. However, the most impactful transformation was the change in our culture – the very essence of who we are as an organization. Armed with this transformed culture and the decision to change our name, we selected a name and a brand that is approachable, empathetic and creative!
We launched the new name on September 9, 2019. Since that date we have been working tirelessly to raise name recognition and brand awareness. We leveraged radio, TV, billboards, digital media and a whole bunch of other stuff to let the world know who we are and what we stand for. We have transformed our commitment to you. Our Mission says it all: “Hand-crafted solutions for all your financial needs” It is our purpose, our “Why”. It guides everything we do. We bring value to your financial lives. Transformative! Yup!
